WS-2004-1 Vending permit (application form vending permit) with DigiD

You need a peddling license if you sell your products and/or services in public places. This includes offering them on the public highway or selling them at the door. In addition, you always sell the products in different places and not at a fixed location. You need permission from the municipality for this.

We do not speak of peddling in the following cases:

• You distribute written or printed materials as part of freedom of speech.
• You are a retailer and you deliver goods to a buyer's home.
• You sell your goods from a permanent stand or at a market. You then need a marketplace permit or stand permit.

For better and quicker processing of your application, the municipality asks at least:

• What goods and/or services you intend to peddle.
• What day(s) and time period you want to offer the services/products.
• If you are using a sales truck, what the dimensions are.

If applicable, you will also be asked to include the following attachments:
