WS-2015-1 Report incidental festivities of hospitality industry or permits (report incidental festivities) with DigiD

A few times a year it is possible to organize a festivity for your catering business or sports club, for example. To do this, you must file a notification with the municipality. 

Good to know:

• You must notify the municipality 3 weeks in advance using this form.

For better and quicker processing of your application, the municipality asks at least:

• Description of activities.
• Date and time.
• Expected noise production (type, time and place).

Tip:

Prevent complaints by, for example, notifying your neighbors of your intention to host a party in a timely manner (invite your neighbors).
