To change your license plate number for a parking exemption in the blue zone, you will need:
The parking exemption is only granted if you are registered in the Personal Records DatabaseBRP) and if you live in the blue parking disc zone of the municipality of Wassenaar.
Copy of the new car registration certificate, the registration certificate can be a scan or photo.
Please note that you have 15 minutes per step due to DigiD security.
You pay €9.35 (2025) with iDEAL at the end of the form.
