When there is a serious disruption of public order or public safety we speak of a disaster. If you have suffered damage after a disaster you can report the damage to the municipality. This damage report form is intended for individuals, companies, public bodies or churches, foundations and associations (institutions), who have suffered damage as a result of a disaster of the municipality.

For better and quicker processing of your application, the municipality asks at least:

• Details of the company, if you are reporting on behalf of a company.
• Insurance details.
• The total damage suffered.
• Plot/Plots data.
