The municipality assesses your damage. If the municipality finds that it is liable, you may be reimbursed for all or part of the damages.

You need for proper substantiation:

• Overview photo and detail photo of the damage.
• Well itemized claims report or budget.
• For cars: expert report from authorized garage.
• Situation Outline (if applicable).
• Police report (if applicable).
• Witness statement(if applicable).

Are you insured against the damage? If so, report the damage to your insurance company; they will contact the municipality for further processing.
