You can apply for a disabled parking space here. Please note the following:
You have a handicapped parking permit (driver's permit) or you apply for a handicapped parking permit at the same time as the handicapped parking space.
The application will be processed within 12 weeks, this is due to reporting on:

If there are objections from local residents, the procedure will take longer.
If you are assigned a space, you will receive a letter about it, which will also include a request to pay the fees plus the construction and removal costs (in case of moving) of the parking space.
Upon receipt of payment, the site will be laid out.
