WS-2061-1 Notification of banner hanging with DigiD.

Do you want to hang a banner to announce an event, for example, or do you want to reveal your thoughts? Hanging a banner on the public road is not allowed. You must report this to the municipality.

Good to know:

• It is imperative that you complete this form in full 2 weeks prior to the placement of the banners.
• You can place a banner for a maximum period of 2 weeks.
• You do the notification banner hanging for 3 locations: Lange Kerkdam, Anemoneweg, near Rozenweg or Backershagenlaan, corner of Parrotlaan.
• The specified start date will be taken into account, once it does not work out, you will be contacted.

For better and faster treatment, the congregation requests at least:

• Period for the banner to be placed.
• Reason why you want to place the banner.
