Important information

Clippings are small strips of public green space without a major function, immediately adjacent to a plot of land. Homeowners can use these to buy strips of municipal land, subject to municipal approval.

Good to know:

  • Only owners of the property or premises can purchase snippet green;
  • (Potential) future owners can, however, submit a request in advance;
  • We ask that you attach a site sketch. The situation sketch should clearly show the piece of land you wish to purchase.
