WS-2094-2 Airspace notification with eRecognition

Taking off and landing an aircraft such as a helicopter is prohibited on land other than an airport. Do you want to do this anyway? Then you can apply for an exemption from the province. An exemption allows you to use an area other than an airport to take off or land.

Fees: There is no charge for the municipal notification.

Flying areas with a drone:

Because of safety concerns, you may not fly a drone everywhere. For example, in areas around airports, it is prohibited. You may, however, fly in the free part of airspace. This part is not controlled by air traffic control. You can find the rules for flying with a drone on the Rijksoverheid website.

For better and faster treatment, the congregation requests at least:

• The location of landing and takeoff.
• Type of aircraft.
• Day and time of aircraft takeoff.
• Day and time of landing aircraft.
