For better and faster treatment, the congregation requests at least:

• A description of the company.
• The name and location of the company.
• The name of the administrator or manager.
• Owner's name.
• Opening hours.

You must send the following attachments directly digitally:

• Excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce.
• A floor plan of the facility clearly showing the number of work spaces.
• List of phone numbers.
• A situational drawing of the local and cadastral location of the facility.
