The municipality has the authority to determine that you may not place certain objects or objects near a high voltage line. This includes a distance within which no object may be placed. Would you like to place an object anyway? If so, you will need a permit or a notification.

Notification or permit?

Permit

You apply for a permit if it is a major use. Major use occurs:

• For an area from 16m2.
• At a width of 2.50m or more.

Costs:

Notification

You suffice with making a notification if it is for small use

• For an area up to 15m2.
• When width is less than 2.50m.

Costs:

You pay precario tax, see precario tax regulation.

Good to know:

• The object must not exceed 2 meters in height.
• You check the zoning plan to see if you can place objects near high-voltage lines. You can find and view all zoning plans via Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.

For better and faster treatment, the congregation requests at least:

• Where you will place the object.
• How big the object is.
• Why you want to post it.
• When you want to place the item and for how long.
• A situation sketch.
