The participating parties of the Social Team are: Stichting MEE, Stichting maatschappelijke ondersteuning Wassenaar, Stichting Kwadraad, De School advies dienst, Prodeba, Gro-up Jongerenwerk, Jeugd Gezondheidszorg Zuid-Holland West, and the municipality of Wassenaar.
Every Tuesday the registration meeting takes place. Here all applications are discussed and it is decided which professional from the Social Team Wassenaar best suits your needs. The Social Team staff member will contact you within 5 working days to set up an intake interview.
