WS-2080-1 Terrace placement permit with DigiD

Do you have a catering business and want to install a terrace? Then you need a permit. This is even the case if you want to place a terrace on your own property.

Good to know:

• Also apply for the permit if you want to place a display, flower box or street furniture.
• Do you want to install screens, roofs or decking on your patio? If so, you may need to apply for a separate building permit to do so.

For better and faster treatment, the congregation requests at least:

• In which period you want to occupy the terrace.
• A description of the patio, such as length and width.
• You will also be asked how many tables and chairs you would like to place.
• You are also endangered to attach a drawing of the terrace.
