When (re)building, it is the job of the municipality to check whether this is done according to the rules. Among other things, the municipality checks for compliance with: building regulations, working hours, a safe working environment, noise, vibrations and waste. Do you believe the construction or remodeling is not going according to the rules? Use this form to report it to the municipality.

Good to know:

• If the municipality finds that a construction or renovation is not going according to the rules, it can stop the construction or renovation.
• The municipality may also close access to the building.

Municipal inspectors conduct the inspection. They may:

• Entering buildings without permission.
• Requesting information.
• Review business records and documents and make copies of them.
• Examining things, for example, opening packages and taking things.

In any case, the municipality asks you:

• Location.
• A clear description of the report.
• Whether you are a nuisance.
• If possible to also include an attachment(photos etc). If you have this, please keep this ready digitally.
