From Oct. 17 to Nov. 28, the Natura 2000 Area Decision Meijendel & Berkheide (case number 01137080) is available for inspection at www.officielebekendmakingen.nl. 

An interested party may submit a notice of objection until November 28, 2025 to the Gedeputeerde Staten van Zuid-Holland, t.a.v. Awb secretariaat, Postbus 90602, 2509 LP Den Haag, quoting the case number 01137080. It is also possible to submit an objection digitally, please consult the website of the Province of South Holland. There are no costs involved for the person submitting the objection.

In the event of an urgent interest, an interested party may also submit a request for a preliminary injunction to the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court of The Hague, Administrative Law sector, Postbus 20302, 2500 EH The Hague. It is also possible to submit a request for a preliminary injunction digitally via the Digital Counter. A court fee is payable for handling an application.
