Removed vessel Port Quay

Applied administrative enforcement for vessel removed from the water at the Havenkade in Wassenaar.

The Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar announce that at the location mentioned below, a vessel had moored for a long period of time, at least more than twelve hours consecutively, without dispensation from the college and was partially sunk.

This is contrary to Article 5:26 (1) of the Wassenaar General Municipal Ordinance 2024. 

In view of the above article, we call on the owner of this vessel to report to the municipality, Safety, Supervision and Licensing Unit at 14070. 

The vessel was removed from the water by the municipality under Article 125 of the Municipal Law in conjunction with Article 5:31 (2) of the General Administrative Law Act due to the condition of the vessel.
