Removal of trailer on Hof van Eeden

Apply administrative coercion for the removal of a green colored 1-axle trailer equipped with a white/gray plastic covering on top. The trailer has an unregistered license plate and is parked on the Hof van Eeden off numbers 2 through 8 in Wassenaar. 

Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar announce that at the above location, a green colored 1-axle trailer has been placed on the road for more than three consecutive days. This is contrary to article 5:6 paragraph 2 of the General Local Bye-Law Wassenaar. The owner of this trailer cannot be traced due to the unregistered license plate.

Given the article 5:6 paragraph 2 APV, we call upon the owner or holder of this trailer to remove it from the public road within three days after publication of this notice. If the vehicle has not been removed within the period we have set, we will proceed to enforce administrative coercion pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will remove the vehicle. Any costs arising from the application of administrative coercion may be recovered from the owner.
