Remove vessel Millstone Creek

Applied administrative enforcement for the removed red-colored vessel located in the water at Maalsteenkreek in Wassenaar.

Mayor and aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar announce that at the location mentioned below, a vessel had been deposited on a bank managed by the municipality, as well as deposited in the public green. This is contrary to Article 5:28 paragraph 2 of the General Local Bye-Law Wassenaar 2024. 

In view of the above article, we call upon the owner of this vessel to report to the municipality within fourteen days of the publication of this notice.  

The vessel was removed from the water by the municipality pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:31(2) of the General Administrative Law Act. The costs incurred as a result of the administrative enforcement applied will be recovered from the owner.
