The Municipality of Wassenaar and the Parish Commit to the Future of the Warenar

The municipality of Wassenaar and the board of the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Augustine have reached an agreement on a new long-term ground lease and building lease agreement for the De Warenar Cultural Center. The agreement has a term of 60 years and represents a significant milestone for the future of the cultural and community center.

With these new agreements, both parties are laying a solid foundation for the renovation and sustainability upgrades of the Warenar. The agreement provides long-term certainty and makes it possible to invest in a future-proof building that is ready for generations to come.
