Imposing administrative enforcement to remove the trailer from Zijdeweg

The Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar hereby announce that a caravan has been parked on the public road on Zijdeweg for more than three consecutive days. This violates the provisions of Article 5:6, paragraph 2, of the Wassenaar General Local Regulation 2024. The owner of this vehicle cannot be identified. 

In accordance with the aforementioned article, we hereby call upon the owner or custodian of this vehicle to remove the caravan from the public roadway in Wassenaar within three days of the publication of this notice. If the caravan is not removed within the period specified by us, administrative enforcement measures will be taken pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will remove the vehicle. Any costs arising from the application of administrative coercion may be recovered from the vehicle registration holder.
