Enforcing administrative coercion for the removal of a trailer on the corner of Hallekensstraat and Rozensteinstraat

Enforce administrative coercion to remove a vehicle, a trailer, black in color and without license plates, parked on the corner of Hallekensstraat and Rozensteinstraat in Wassenaar. 

The mayor and aldermen of the municipality of Wassenaar hereby announce that a trailer has been parked on the public road at the corner of Hallekensstraat and Rozensteinstraat in Wassenaar for an extended period of time. This is in violation of the provisions of Article 5:6, paragraph 2, of the General Local Regulation of Wassenaar 2024. 

In view of the above article, we call on the owner or keeper of the vehicle to remove his/her property from the public highway in Wassenaar within three days of the publication of this notice. If the vehicle is not removed within the period specified by us, we will proceed to exercise administrative coercion on the basis of Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will have the vehicle removed. Any costs arising from the application of administrative coercion may be recovered from the owner.
