Imposing an administrative order to remove an iron frame installed on Dr. Mansveltkade in Wassenaar

The Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar hereby announce that an iron frame has been placed on the public roadway on Dr. Mansveltkade, near the De Kievieten sports field. This violates Article 2:10 of the Wassenaar General Local Ordinance. The owner of the iron frame cannot be identified.

In accordance with the aforementioned article, we hereby call upon the owner or custodian of the metal frame to remove the frame from the public roadway within seven days of the publication of this notice. If the metal frame is not removed within the period we have set, we will proceed to exercise administrative coercion pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will remove the frame. Any costs arising from the application of administrative coercion may be recovered from the owner.
