Enforce administrative coercion for the removal of a vehicle, make Ford, model Fiesta, silver in color, with license plate number 40-LH-JT, parked on Schepenstraat in Wassenaar.
The mayor and aldermen of the municipality of Wassenaar hereby announce that a neglected vehicle has been parked on the public road on Schepenstraat in Wassenaar for a long period of time. This is in violation of the provisions of Article 5:5 of the Wassenaar General Local Regulation 2024. The owner of this vehicle cannot be traced.
In view of the above article, we call upon the owner or keeper of the vehicle with registration number 40-LH-JT to remove his/her property from the public highway within seven days of the publication of this notice. If the vehicle is not removed within the period specified by us, we will proceed to exercise administrative coercion on the basis of Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will have the vehicle removed. Any costs arising from the application of administrative coercion may be recovered from the owner.
