Register for Duinrell Day

On November 7 and 8, 2026, Duinrell will open its doors to residents of Wassenaar. The free Duinrell Day is a unique initiative through which Duinrell and the municipality of Wassenaar celebrate the special bond between the amusement park and the village. 

Important information

  • You can purchase a ticket for one of the two Duinrell days. 
  • Simply registering in advance is not enough. To gain access to Duinrell, you must also order a ticket through the Duinrell ticket shop using the personal code(s) you received in a letter from the municipality.
  • Each visitor needs their own ticket. If you are ordering tickets for multiple people, please make sure that each ticket is issued in the name of the respective visitor. Therefore, do not order multiple tickets in the name of a single person.
  • Each time you open the Duinrell ticket shop, you can redeem only one code and order only one ticket. Therefore, please complete the ordering process for yourself and for each other visitor you are bringing with you. 
  • After completing your order, you will receive a ticket from Duinrell via email. Please keep this ticket in a safe place.
  • On the day of your visit, please bring the invitation letter you received from the municipality, your ticket(s), and a valid form of identification for each visitor.

How does the ticket ordering process work?

You can easily order your ticket(s) for the free Duinrell Day for residents of Wassenaar through the Duinrell ticket shop:

  1. Click on the link to the Duinrell ticket shop: .
  2. Enter the personal code you received in the invitation letter from the municipality.
  3. Add a ticket for Saturday, November 7, or Sunday, November 8, 2026, to your order.
  4. Would you like to visit the Tikibad as well? If so, please add a Tikibad ticket to your order. Please note that tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Click "Complete Order."
  6. Please enter the requested information. The ticket will be sent to the email address you provide here. 
  7. Click "Complete Order." You will then receive your ticket by email.
  8. Repeat this process for all the visitors you bring along.

Upon receipt, please check that all the information on your ticket is correct and keep the ticket in a safe place until the day of your visit.

What should I bring?

To participate in the free Duinrell Day for residents of Wassenaar, you must order a ticket for yourself and for each other visitor you bring through the Duinrell ticket shop. To do so, use the personal code(s) you received from the municipality. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to order a ticket under “How does ordering tickets work?”

On the day of your visit, please bring the following:

  • the invitation letter you received from the municipality;
  • the ticket(s) you received from Duinrell via email;
  • A valid form of identification for each visitor.

Health Please make sure you have these documents with you. If you don't have everything with you, unfortunately you won't be able to enter the amusement park.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the free Duinrell day for Wassenaard residents intended for?

The free Duinrell Day for Wassenaar residents is intended for residents of the municipality of Wassenaar. Children ages 0 through 2 have free admission to Duinrell. You do not need to order a ticket for them.

Do children also need to bring identification?

Yes, on the day of your visit, every visitor must be able to show identification when asked. That is why we ask that you bring a valid form of identification for children as well.

I didn't sign up. Can I still participate in the free Duinrell Day?

No, the registration period has now closed. Only residents of Wassenaar who registered within the specified time frame can attend the free Duinrell Day. You can still visit Duinrell on November 7 and 8 by purchasing a regular ticket through the Duinrell ticket shop or by using your Duinrell membership.

After logging in with DigiD, I haven't received any response. Did my registration go through?

Yes, if you registered using DigiD, the municipality of Wassenaar has received your registration. You will receive an invitation letter around Friday, October 30, containing your personal code(s) and instructions for ordering your ticket.

I haven't received an invitation letter or personal code(s). What to do

My personal code(s) isn't working. What to do

In that case, please contact Duinrell at info@duinrell.nl. Duinrell can check why your code isn't working and assist you further.

I ordered my ticket, but I haven't received a confirmation email from Duinrell. What to do

First, check to see if the email might have ended up in your junk or spam folder. If you can't find the confirmation email there either, please contact Duinrell at info@duinrell.nl.

Until when can I order my ticket(s) for the free Duinrell Day?

The ticket shop will remain open through Sunday, November 8, 2026. As long as the ticket shop is open, you can still use your personal code(s) to order a ticket for any Duinrell day for which tickets are still available.

Can I change my ticket to the other day?

No, once you have purchased your ticket for Saturday, November 7, or Sunday, November 8, 2026, you will no longer be able to change your selection.

Do I just need to choose one of the Duinrell days, or do I also need to reserve an arrival time?

When ordering your ticket, choose either Saturday, November 7, or Sunday, November 8, 2026. You do not need to reserve an arrival time for entry to the amusement park. The amusement park is open on both days from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and you can decide for yourself when to arrive within these hours. However, a time slot is required for the Tikibad. You can select this time slot when ordering your Tikibad ticket through the Duinrell ticket shop.

Will the code(s) in the invitation letter also give me access to the Tikibad?

No, due to the Tikibad’s limited capacity, the Tikibad is not included in the free Duinrell Day for residents of Wassenaar. When ordering your ticket for the Duinrell Day, you can choose to add a Tikibad ticket for €10 per person. Please note: tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Under “How do I order tickets?” you can read how to add a Tikibad ticket to your order.

While ordering our Tikibad tickets, our preferred time slot became unavailable. Can our group still go to the Tikibad together?

Yes, in that case, please contact Duinrell at info@duinrell.nl. Duinrell will then work with you to explore your options.

Can I still add a Tikibad ticket at a later time?

Yes, as long as there are still spots available. Tikibad tickets can be purchased, subject to availability, through Duinrell’s official website at or at the Duinrell ticket counters.

Can I give my personal code(s) to someone else?

No, your personal code(s) is linked to your residential address in Wassenaar and cannot be transferred to anyone else—not even to another resident of Wassenaar. If you’d like to bring someone who doesn’t have a code for the free Duinrell day, you can purchase a regular ticket for that person through the Duinrell ticket shop.

My foster child is not officially a resident of the municipality of Wassenaar. Is my foster child still eligible for the free Duinrell day?

Unfortunately, no. The free Duinrell Day is exclusively for residents of the municipality of Wassenaar. We understand that this may be disappointing. Duinrell will also be open to regular visitors on November 7 and 8. For family members who are not eligible for the free Duinrell Day, regular tickets can be purchased through the Duinrell ticket shop. In addition, Duinrell regularly organizes special Foster Care Family Days, during which foster families can visit the amusement park at a reduced rate.
