Sustainably Reducing CO₂ Emissions with the Performance Ladder
The CO₂ Performance Ladder helps organizations and government agencies reduce both CO₂ emissions and costs, serving as both a management system and a procurement tool. Various programs are available for nonprofit organizations:
- 's BOSA grant for energy-saving, circular, or climate-adaptive investments in sports facilities.
- 's BNG Sustainability Fund Sports Loan for sports clubs that want to make their facilities more sustainable.
- 's ISDE subsidy for heat pumps, solar water heaters, and pellet stoves.
- SDE++ subsidy for solar panels connected to a high-volume consumer account.
- Energy Investment Allowance (EIA): a tax benefit for energy-efficient investments.
- MIA/Vamil, environmental investment deduction, and flexible depreciation.
- South Holland Community Real Estate Support Program: process support for schools, sports facilities, and other small community real estate properties.
