Removal of a boat trailer on Fabritiuslaan
Notice Regarding the Presence of a Boat Trailer Without a License Plate on Fabritiuslaan Near House Number 70
The Municipal Executive announces that a silver-colored boat trailer carrying a white sailboat has been parked at the location listed below for quite some time. This violates Article 5:6, paragraph 2, subparagraph a, of the Wassenaar General Local Ordinance 2024. The Municipal Executive was unable to identify the owner or custodian of this boat trailer and sailboat.
In light of the aforementioned article, we call upon the owner or custodian to remove these items within fourteen days of the publication of this notice. If the boat trailer and sailboat are not removed within the time limit we have set, we will proceed to enforce administrative coercion pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will remove the boat trailer and sailboat. Any costs arising from the application of administrative enforcement may be recovered from the owner or custodian.
