Removal of a Suzuki Splash Wreck on Rust en Vreugdlaan
Notice Regarding a Vehicle Wreck in Wassenaar: a black Suzuki Splash on Rust en Vreugdlaan near number 13 in Wassenaar.
The Municipal Executive hereby announces that a vehicle has been parked on the road at the location listed below for quite some time. This vehicle is in an inadequate state of maintenance and/or appears to be in a state of neglect, and is uninsured. This violates the provisions of Article 5:5 of the General Local Ordinance of Wassenaar 2024. The Municipal Executive was unable to identify the owner of this vehicle.
In accordance with the aforementioned article, we hereby call upon the owner or custodian of this vehicle to remove it within fourteen days of the publication of this notice. If the vehicle is not removed within the time limit we have set, we will proceed to enforce administrative coercion pursuant to Article 125 of the Municipalities Act in conjunction with Article 5:21 et seq. of the General Administrative Law Act. This means that the municipality will remove the vehicle. Any costs arising from the application of administrative enforcement may be recovered from the vehicle registration holder.
