Worrying about someone close to you
Are you very worried about someone and that person does not ask for help himself? Or is someone in the neighborhood causing nuisance? Then you can report this.
Reporting to Reporting Point for Concerned Behavior
This is how you make a report to the Reporting Point for Concerned Behavior:
- Call 070 - 353 56 50. This is available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

What problems can you report?
For example, you can file a report if you notice these things in someone:
- Not looking groomed, e.g. dirty clothes
- seem confused or talk to themselves all the time
- Being very restless or nervous
- Being lonely, e.g. hardly ever leaving the house
- using alcohol or drugs
- lots of stuff and trash in or around the house (pollution)
What happens to your report?
Once you have filed a report, a staff member from the Hotline will contact you. Together you will discuss the situation.
Then the caseworker investigates how the person you reported is doing. The caseworker finds out if the person is already getting help or Health . If so, sometimes the person can get more help or Health .
If the person is not yet getting help, the staff member talks to the person themselves. Together they discuss the problems and come up with solutions to them. For example, the staff member can help find the right help or Health.
You will receive general information about what happens to your report. You will not get all the information. This is because the person about whom you are making the report has a right to privacy.
