Delivery specifications for election posters

The following submission specifications apply to election posters.

• Format
  For election posters, the standard A1 size is 594 x 841 mm. (width x height). This depends on the available board area and the number of pamphlets to be displayed.
   
• Recommended extensions : .jpeg / .tiff / .pdf / .psd
  Images must be delivered with a resolution of 150 dpi (at print size) or higher, in proportion for files at scale. Files with too low resolution (Internet quality: 72 dpi) are of poor quality and not suitable for graphic processing.
   
• Submit designs: recommended extensions: .pdf / .ai / .eps/ .tiff / .psd.
  Ready-made designs can be supplied without bleed and cut marks. Health ensure that the fonts used are converted into letter outlines or send along or embed the font. Your design will be reviewed for suitability for the application. Designs created in
  Powerpoint or Word cannot be taken into production.
   
• Submit via e-mail: verkiezingen@bordbusters.nl
  By e-mail they can receive files up to 10 mb. Files that are larger can be sent via the wetransfer channel: bordbusters.wetransfer.com.
   
• File Name
  Apply your municipal name as the file description with the party name after it, so for example "MunicipalName_PartyName.PDF".

Note! Renaming an extension does not change the data of a file. So renaming your .jpg to .eps is unfortunately not going to help you!

• The election poster must be delivered by noon on Monday, August 11.
