Handling times

On letters, you will receive a standard acknowledgment of receipt within five business days.

Different processing times apply to many of the municipality's products. This overview lists the most common products and the corresponding processing period. Whenever possible, requests are processed before this deadline. If it is not possible to process your letter or request within the deadline, we will inform you of the reason for the delay.
