Extra rush expected on travel document applications

In 2024, many Dutch passports and Maps will expire. The municipality therefore expects many applications starting in January and possibly longer waiting times.

Make your appointment on time

Keep a close eye on the expiration date of your travel documents and make an appointment on time. Keep in mind that it may take longer than usual to get in because many people make Make an appointment appointment.

Can't make it to the appointment?

No problem, but we do ask you to cancel or change your appointment in time.
This way you help another resident to come at this time and together we avoid unnecessarily long waiting times. You can cancel the appointment via the link in the email confirmation or by calling 14 070.
