Assistance, annual statement

You will receive an annual statement each year if you receive Social assistance benefit benefits. This annual statement shows how much (gross) assistance you received during the past year.

You need the annual statement for your income tax return. But also for applying for student loans and benefits, such as rent allowance.

You don't have to do anything. The municipality will send you the annual statement. If you have not received an annual statement by April, contact the municipality.
