Blank votes

Would you like to exercise your right to vote, but not choose a specific party or candidate? Then you can cast a blank vote. You can do this by placing the ballot paper in the ballot box without filling it in. A blank vote counts towards the turnout percentage, but has no influence on the distribution of seats.
