Construction work, notice of completion
An environmental permit for construction contains rules you must follow. When you have finished the work, report this to the municipality. The municipality will then check whether you have built according to the rules in the permit.
If you have built according to the rules, then you may start using the structure.
What to do
- You notify the municipality that you have finished the structure and want to use it.
- Do this no later than the first working day after you finish the work.
- Make the notification in writing. This way you can show that you have complied with your duty to report.
