Bicyclists and/or mopeds are riding on the sidewalk. Can it be enforced?

It is forbidden to ride a bicycle, moped or car on a sidewalk or footpath.

Only in locations where it is not clear that a path is for pedestrians only will additional signs be placed on the sidewalk.

The municipality is very reluctant to install lock gates to stop (moped) bikes on the sidewalk due to accessibility for the disabled.
