How can I report a faulty charging station/fault?

In case of a charge point failure, the reporter calls the failure number 088 - 369 29 14. When reporting a failure, also state the pole number. This (EVB-P) number can be found on the pole itself. The fault service is available 24/7. This information is also on the charging poles.

In many cases the technician can remotely fix the fault. If this is not possible, the technician will come to the affected location as soon as possible.
