Cadastral information

The Land Registry collects data on ownership of land, houses, factories, ships and aircraft. Also, the Land Registry has:

  • topographic data
  • surveying data
  • data on property restrictions and
  • data on underground cables and pipes

All this information can be obtained from the Land Registry.

How does it work?

You can request the following cadastral information from the Land Registry:

  • cadastral message
  • mortgage message
  • extract of cadastral Map with environment map
  • purchase and sale prices of homes in your neighborhood
  • housing report

What to do

  • You can request the information from the Land Registry.
  • If you are unsure about the size of a piece of land or the boundary between your property and that of your neighbors, you can ask the Land Registry to mark the boundaries on your land. Request a cadastral Map from the Land Registry.
  • Via Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl, you can view the plans that were initiated before January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Wro).
  • The plans submitted after January 1, 2024, can be found under the rules section of the Map of the new environmental desk.
