Broken street lighting

For your report, we use a handy website with a map of Wassenaar. You do the following:

• Select the street name.
• Point out the broken lamppost.
• Choose the reason for your report, such as the lamp post is not lit, is flashing or has been damaged by a collision.
• Only if you want, fill in your personal information. Then we will keep you informed about the recovery.

How long the repair takes varies from case to case:

• In the event of a dangerous situation, the police contact the contractor. Then an employee is called, who secures the situation within two hours.
• A broken lamp will be replaced within one to five business days. After all, the contractor must have an employee available.
• Damage to the lamppost will be repaired within five to 10 business days. Occasionally, a part may not be in stock and must be ordered. In that case, the repair will take longer.
• If there is a network outage, the repair depends on the network company.
