My charging card doesn't work at any of the charging stations. What can I do?
First, see if your charge card is linked to your personal environment. Then go through the following steps:
- Is the Map ID of the charge card already with the linked charge card(s)? Check whether 'Use with other providers' is set to 'Yes'. If it is set to 'No', the charge card is not yet suitable for charging at all 300,000 charge points within the network.
- Is 'Use with other providers' already set to 'Yes', but the pass still does not work? Please contact Customer Service. Do not forget to mention the Map ID of the charge card.
