View environmental plan

Do you want to know what is in the environmental plan of a particular area? Then you can view it at the town hall or via Search - Rules on the Map - Omgevingswet (kadaster.nl).

The environmental plan brings together the most important rules for the physical living environment. The various components, such as soil, water and air, noise, odor or external safety can be regulated in the environmental plan. But also how the land in an area and the buildings on it may be used. For example, an area may be zoned for businesses or just for homes.
The municipal council determines what is in an environmental plan.

How does it work?

  • How may a piece of land be used?
