The Municipal Executive of Wassenaar has approved the draft zoning plan 'Stompwijckstraat', with plan number NL.IMRO.0629.BPSTOMPW2020-ON01. This zoning plan allows for the redevelopment of the Stompwijckstraat site. Woningbouwvereniging St. Willibrordus wants to realize 86 social housing units for seniors at this location, replacing the current 40 housing units. View more information about the project.

The draft 'Stompwijckstraat' zoning plan will be available for inspection for six weeks, from Thursday, February 11, 2021 through Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the Customer Contact Center of the Municipal Office at Johan de Wittstraat 45 in Wassenaar. The plan can also be viewed on the website www.ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.

During the period for public inspection, anyone may submit written views on this draft zoning plan to the Wassenaar City Council, Postbus 499, 2240 AL Wassenaar. It is also possible to submit oral comments. For this, a timely appointment must be made by telephone via telephone number 14070, preferably no later than one week before the end of the period for public inspection.
