Damage to municipal property
Every year the municipality is confronted with various damages. These may be unintentional damages where the perpetrator comes forward, but unfortunately there are also intentional damages caused to municipal property. Apart from the fact that this is punishable, it also incurs additional costs for the municipality and its residents.
They are damages to such items as: Light poles; Play equipment; Street furniture; Green and playground facilities; Contaminated road surface.
Destruction of municipal buildings; Glass breakage and vandalism in (school) buildings.
