Application process
You can apply via the apply button on our job page. In the application form you can upload your resume and cover letter.
Acknowledgement of receipt
As soon as we receive your application, you will receive immediate confirmation of receipt. The manager and recruiter will process your application. After the vacancy is closed, you will be notified of further progress.
Calls
In the application interview we would like to hear more about your ambitions, background and your ideas about the position. There is of course room for questions. We will also tell you more about working at Wassenaar and the position and see if you fit the job. And we like to get to know you better as a person.
After the interview we will inform you about the status of the selection procedure. If it clicks on both sides, we will invite you for a second 'walking' interview or you will be invited to discuss the terms of employment. If we do not proceed further in the procedure you will receive a phone call from us. Of course with a motivated explanation.
Employment Interview
If all interviews are positive, you will have a conversation about the conditions of employment. We will discuss your salary, other terms of employment and the Requirements of your employment.
