Photo contest rules Facebook
The Municipality of Wassenaar regularly organizes a photo contest on the municipal Facebook page . We like it when you participate with your most beautiful photo of Wassenaar.
How do I participate?
- Take a beautiful photo of Wassenaar, matching the theme. Then email it to redactie@wassenaar.nl.
- The selection of photos submitted will be displayed in a photo gallery on Facebook and then voted on. The photo with the most "likes" and "hearts" wins.
- The winning photo will appear on our social media channels. The photo will also be published in the municipal column in the Wassenaarse Krant.
Game Rules
- You can submit current photos taken in Wassenaar. We ask that you also include the location.
- Only photos that have a link to the theme will be included in the selection.
- You may submit one photo per photo contest. Choose your best one!
- You yourself are the creator of the photo.
- You submit the photo as a jpeg/jpg file via redactie@wassenaar.nl.
- The photo does not have an image/logo or signature.
- Is there someone recognizable in the photo? Then it is important that you have obtained permission from that person (or persons) for publication.
- By submitting your photo, you give the municipality of Wassenaar permission to post and use the photo. We will do this on the municipality's social media channels, on the municipal website and in the municipal column in the Wassenaarse Krant. Of course we put the name of the creator there. For publication in the newspaper we need a photo of at least 1 MB.
- The license grant is provided at no further cost to the municipality. You have the right to cancel the permission to use the photograph with two months' notice.
- The Municipality of Wassenaar reserves the right not to include submitted photos in the selection.
Important: There are no prizes to be won, but lots of admiration! And the winning photo will be shared on municipal social media channels, the municipal website and in the Wassenaarse Krant.
