Review urban design plans
The municipality makes plans for areas to be built on.
You can view these urban plans at Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.
There you will find the plans that have gone into procedure before January 1, 2024 according to the Spatial Planning Act (Wro).
The plans submitted after January 1, 2024 can be found under the rules section on the Map of the new omgevingsloket.
In an urban development plan, the municipality indicates how the area will be built on:
- high-rise or low-rise
- residential or office spaces
- free sector housing or housing in the social rental sector
An urban development plan is part of an environmental plan.
