Terrace installation
- You need a permit if you want to place a terrace at your catering establishment. Even if you place the terrace on your own property.
- Also apply for the permit if you want to place a flower box or street furniture.
If you want to install screens, roofs or decking on your patio you may need to apply for a separate environmental permit.
What to do
You apply for the permit from the municipality. In your application, provide the following information:
- name and address of your company
- the dimensions of your terrace (with drawing)
How long does it take?
You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the permit.
Objecting
If you disagree with the municipality's decision make an objection within 6 weeks.
