What is a moped?

A moped is a moped on more than two wheels with an enclosed body. Mopeds can be recognized by the 45 km/h sticker on the back. They must follow the rules for passenger cars, unless otherwise stipulated, and are therefore not allowed to drive on the sidewalk or (moped) bike path.

Mopeds is not the same as a disabled vehicle.
