What is the difference between "loading and unloading" and parking?
'Loading and unloading' includes the time it takes to load or unload goods (belongings). It does not include getting people in and out. Charging electric cars is also not included here.
Parking is defined as a vehicle standing still for longer than is necessary for the entry and exit of persons or for loading and unloading. Waiting for a passenger to run a quick errand, for example, also falls under parking, whether or not the driver is present in the vehicle.
