What traffic rules apply in (residential) yards?

Pedestrians are allowed to use the full width of the road. The speed limit for all drivers (including cyclists, moped and moped riders) is "walking pace," which is a maximum of 15 mph. Parking is permitted only in the designated parking spaces. This is indicated with a P-tile/marker or with a P-sign.
