Sewer fee reimbursement
You can only be reimbursed for costs you have incurred if the cause is on municipal land. If the cause is on your land, you must fix the problem and pay the costs.
First, have the cause of the clog investigated. To do this, the owner must excavate the pit in the yard. The location of the pit can be obtained under the product Sewer drawings
What to do
For better and quicker assessment, the congregation requests at least:
- A description of the event (place, date and time).
- Any photos of the event. These can be attached as attachments. Please have these ready digitally.
- Invoice of expenses incurred from contractor. Keep these ready digitally.
- Contact details of the specialist(s), in case you have engaged them.

- For now, the treatment of the data entered does not imply an admission of liability on the part of the municipality.
- The municipality may ask you for additional information. If so, you will be notified within 2 weeks.
How long does it take?
Treatment period of 8 weeks.
